Oct 13, 6:00 AM Minor Delays Outer Harbor line busier than usual - Tuesday 13 October 2026 — On Tuesday 13 October 2026, Outer Harbor line services will be busier than usual due to the arrival of the Crown Princess cruise ship at Outer Harbor. Outer Harbor line train services are expected to be busier than usual between: 8:00 am to 10:00 am, when cruise ship passengers travel between Outer Harbor Station to Adelaide Railway Station. 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm when cruise ship passengers travel from Adelaide Railway Station to Outer Harbor Station. Additional capacity will be provided on Outer Harbor line train services during this time to cater for the increased loadings. Local passengers If you are travelling on Outer Harbor line train services during these times, please allow extra travel time for your journey and be aware that services may be busier than usual.

Oct 9, 8:00 PM Suspended Rail closure - Full Outer Harbor rail line closure - from 807pm Fri 9 Oct to Sun 11 Oct 2026 — From 8:07 pm Friday, 9 October to last service Sunday, 11 October 2026, the full Outer Harbor rail line will be closed between Adelaide Railway Station to Grange, Port Dock and Outer Harbor Railway Stations to allow annual renewal and maintenance works to be undertaken that cannot be safely undertaken while train services are operating. During this time, substitute buses will replace train services between Adelaide Railway Station to Grane, Port Dock and Outer Harbor Railway Stations. Substitute buses will operate at the same frequency as the train timetable, but we encourage passengers to plan ahead as travel times on substitute buses are longer, as they do not operate on a dedicated corridor and are affected by traffic conditions. The following substitute bus routes will operate: H1 - all stopping service between Adelaide Railway Station to Port Dock and Outer Harbor Railway Stations. G1 - all stopping service between Adelaide Railway Station and Grange Railway Station. The following service will be cancelled on Friday, 9 October 2026.
