- Red Line Station issue at Savin Hill Due to construction, the staircase at the north end of the Savin Hill platform is out of service. Riders should follow station personnel and signage to the alternate staircase located in the center of the platform. Minor Delays

- Orange Line Station issue at Jackson Square The platform at Jackson Square is undergoing renovations to improve safety and accessibility. Sections of the platform are unlevel, which may make it difficult for some riders to board and exit trains. Minor Delays
- Green Line B Suspension of service on Green Line Green Line: No trains between North Station & Babcock St (B), Kenmore (C+D), & Heath St (E) the weekend of September 19 - 20. Use buses between Babcock, Kenmore, Heath St (Rt 39) & Copley/Back Bay. Use Orange Line between North Station & Back Bay. Planned Work
- Green Line C Dean Road bypassed Green Line C Branch: Trains are not stopping at Dean Road inbound through October 9 while accessibility upgrades are being done. Riders can board or alight at either Englewood Ave or Tappan St, which are 0.2 miles away (or a 4- to 5-minute walk) Severe Delays
