  6. 27 oct., 16:41 Retards importants Final - Richmond Hill – Vehicle struck by train — We have received a report that a vehicle was struck by a VIA Rail train just north of Richmond Hill GO. Emergency personnel remain on scene responding to this incident.However, we have been given permission for trains to proceed through the area at reduced speeds. Customers travelling on the Richmond Hill line may experience delays as trains move through the affected area.The Union Station 15:45 – Bloomington GO 16:49 train will operate through to Bloomington GO and will make all scheduled stops. Delays remain possible north of Richmond Hill GO due to the speed restrictions in place.Please see below for current train status:

  8. 27 oct., 16:03 Retards importants Richmond Hill – Vehicle struck by train — We have received a report of a vehicle struck by a VIA train just north of Richmond Hill GO, and the area is now in the hands of emergency personnel.Trains will not be able to move through the area until given permission. To protect the safety of everyone, trains will travel as far as possible and hold at stations until it is safe to resume service.The Union Station 15:45 - Bloomington GO 16:49 train will travel as far as Richmond Hill GO. There will be a bus shuttle from Richmond Hill GO to Gormley GO and Bloomington GO.We are working with emergency personnel to get the tracks open when it is safe to do so.Please see below for current train status:
