Planned Work Tram line 4 will operate on a route from Nikola Petkov Blvd. to kv. Orlandovtsi , as follows: towards kv. Orlandovtsi: from Nikola Petkov Blvd. along its regular route to the intersection of Hristo Botev Blvd. / Struga St., turn right onto Struga St., right onto Knyaginya Maria Luiza Blvd. and left onto Kozloduy St., then continue along its regular route to kv. Orlandovtsi; towards Nikola Petkov Blvd.: from kv. Orlandovtsi along its regular route to the intersection of Knyaginya Maria Luiza Blvd. / Kozloduy St., turn left onto Knyaginya Maria Luiza Blvd., right onto Alabin St., continue along Macedonia Blvd. and then along its regular route to Nikola Petkov Blvd.

From 00:00 on September 14, 2026 until 24:00 on October 12, 2026 , a temporary organization of public transport traffic is introduced as follows: Tram line 3 will operate on a route from Zaharna fabrika Railway Station to kv. Orlandovtsi , as follows (towards kv. Orlandovtsi): from Zaharna fabrika Railway Station along its regular route to the intersection of Konstantin Velichkov Blvd. / Tsar Simeon St. , turn left onto Konstantin Velichkov Blvd., continue along Skopie St., Triagalnika, Knyaginya Maria Luiza Blvd. and turn left onto Kozloduy St., then continue along its regular route, in both directions. Tram line 6 will continue to operate on a route from zh.k. Obelya 2 to zh.k. Ivan Vazov , as follows (towards zh.k. Ivan Vazov): from zh.k. Obelya 2 along its regular route to the Nadezhda transport underpass, turn right onto Skopie St., continue along Gabrovo St. and Konstantin Velichkov Blvd., turn left onto Aleksandar Stamboliyski Blvd., continue through Vazrazhdane Sq., turn right onto Hristo Botev Blvd. and then continue along its regular route to zh.k. Ivan Vazov, in both directions. Tram line 7 will operate on a route from kv. Manastirski livadi-zapad to Han Kubrat Metro Station , as follows: towards Han Kubrat Metro Station: from kv. Manastirski livadi-zapad along its regular route to the intersection of Hristo Botev Blvd. / Struga St., turn right onto Struga St., left onto Knyaginya Maria Luiza Blvd. and then continue along its regular route to Han Kubrat Metro Station; towards kv. Manastirski livadi-zapad: from Han Kubrat Metro Station along its regular route to the intersection of Knyaginya Maria Luiza Blvd. / Hristo Botev Blvd., continue straight along Knyaginya Maria Luiza Blvd., turn right onto Alabin St. and left onto Hristo Botev Blvd., then continue along its regular route to kv. Manastirski livadi-zapad. Tram line 12: the regular route from Zhurnalist Sq. to kv. Iliyantsi will be restored. Tram line 27: the regular route from kv. Manastirski livadi-zapad to Sofia Sever Railway Station will be restored. The routes of bus lines 78, 213, 305 and 404 will be changed as follows: towards Central Railway Station: along their regular routes to the intersection of Slivnitsa Blvd. / Knyaginya Maria Luiza Blvd. (Lavov most Sq.), continue straight along Slivnitsa Blvd. and turn right onto Hristo Botev Blvd. to stop No. 6220 “Tsentralna gara” , existing for bus lines 21, 22, 60 and N2 – temporary terminal stop; drivers shall be instructed to allow passengers to board; towards kv. Vrazhdebna, zh.k. Mladost 4, Culinary Complex Peyfil and AT Druzhba, respectively: from stop No. 6220 “Tsentralna gara” , turn right onto Knyaginya Maria Luiza Blvd. to stop No. 1333 “Tsentralna gara” , existing for bus lines 21 and 22, continue along Knyaginya Maria Luiza Blvd. and turn left onto Slivnitsa Blvd., then continue along their regular routes. Along the rerouted section, the buses will also stop at stop No. 1994 “Ul. Klokotnitsa” on Hristo Botev Blvd. The buses will not stop at: stop No. 1999 “Ul. Knyaz Boris I” on Slivnitsa Blvd., served by trolleybus line 6 and bus lines 309, 310 and N2; stop No. 2003 “Ul. Kozloduy” on Knyaginya Maria Luiza Blvd., served by bus lines 21 and 22 and tram lines 12 and 27.
